Did you know that anxiety and depression may be more prevalent during pregnancy than after baby is born? Postnatal depression is openly talked about these days, but what is less well known is that one in seven women will experience anxiety or depression during their pregnancy but this often goes unnoticed and undiagnosed. Anxiety and depression during pregnancy if left unresolved are associated with a risk of pre-term labour, reduced mother-infant bonding, and delays in cognitive/emotional development of the infant.

Investment is £495 for 8 x 60 minute sessions (First session is usually 90 mins).
