About me

I am a practising therapist, doula and educator with a special interest in women’s perinatal emotional health and wellbeing. I am experienced in working within difficult, challenging and sensitive areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma and loss.

As a doula for over 10 years I have been working with women throughout all stages of their perinatal journey helping women to reduce anxiety in pregnancy and prepare confidently for birth. I am now using my therapy skills to enhance the services I offer throughout the perinatal period and beyond, including perinatal trauma and career transition after baby.

I am experienced in a range of techniques and modalities including EFT (tapping), hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR and mindfulness specifically for pregnancy anxiety and depression, postnatal depression and birth related trauma.

I am currently undertaking a PhD in psychology researching mindfulness and women’s health during pregnancy and early motherhood.
